CAS is currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our Technology Talent Acceleration Program (TechTAP) beginning in July of 2027.
TechTAP is a premier early-career development program designed for ambitious technologists who are passionate about building innovative solutions and growing into future technology leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience delivering meaningful business impact while accelerating their technical, leadership, and professional development.
Through rotational assignments and immersive project experiences, participants will explore multiple technology disciplines. Some examples of rotational assignments include:
- Software Engineering and Application Development
- Data Engineering and Big Data Solutions
- Information Security and Cybersecurity
- Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering
- Business Technology and Enterprise Solutions
Working alongside experienced mentors and leaders, participants will contribute to high-visibility initiatives, present to senior leadership, and develop the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced technology organization.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related STEM field.
- 24 months or fewer of professional technology-related work experience.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated passion for technology, innovation, and leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments while managing individual responsibilities.
- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, volunteer, or extracurricular activities.
- Previous technical internship or co-operative experience.
Nice to Have
