Administration - Concierge - Part Time

Concierge   - Part-time Position Open - Tuesday/Saturday/PRN POSITION SUMMARY The Concierge contributes to our joyful and vibrant community by serving as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and hospitable environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative and service-related tasks efficiently. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assist residents, families, visitors, and employees proactively with questions or problems resulting in a positive experience Answers and directs phone calls in a professional manner. Manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Manages the lobby; monitor and ensure desk and lobby are clean and neat; create a comfortable, inviting area; assist the activity director and/or others as necessary in promoting activities with residents in the lobby. Responds to inquiries and/or tours when Community Relations Director, Executive Director; facilitate experiences/tours of community as needed. Assists with planning and organizing community events and activities. Communicates event details and updates to residents and families. Promotes and encourages residents to participate in activities. Follows and communicates company policies and procedures. Attends and participates in required meetings and trainings. Stays current on all system assigned tasks and duties. Performs other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other community staff. Possesses special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with seniors. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.  Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and ability and an aptitude to learn company applications.  Pass a criminal background and fingerprint check. Meets all mandatory health requirements by State regulations.
