We are identifying qualified candidates to support a potential upcoming contract. This role provides administrative, operational, and staff support to leadership, ensuring efficient office operations and effective coordination across teams.

 

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conferences, VTCs, and office events
  • Serve as a suspense/task coordinator (e.g., N-CERTS), tracking and responding to internal and external taskings
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, briefings, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate meetings and governance forums, including agendas, read-aheads, and action tracking
  • Support travel coordination using systems such as DTS and MET
  • Maintain office records, SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and organizational charts
  • Manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and workspace coordination
  • Support information management activities, including permissions and access control
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and developing SOPs and administrative workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field
    (or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • 7+ years of office management, administrative, or staff support experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a professional environment

Requirements

  • Experience managing SharePoint sites and permissions
  • Familiarity with DCIPS, PeopleSoft, or similar systems
