With almost 3,000 stores across 19 states, our store leaders and team members create the experiences that keep guests coming back every day. We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Store Operations teams, helping drive talent strategies, strengthen leadership capability, and create an exceptional team member experience across the field.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to leaders and HR Generalists, helping to develop talent, elevate team performance, enhance engagement, and support strategic business growth. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, strategic consultant, and change champion, ensuring our stores have the people, leadership, and culture needed to deliver results today and into the future. If you're passionate about leadership coaching, field operations, employee relations, and building high-performing teams at scale, we'd love to meet you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Store Operations leaders and HR Generalists to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach and develop leaders and HR Generalists to strengthen leadership capability, accountability, and team performance.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, retention strategies, and leadership development.
  • Analyze workforce and engagement data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve the team member experience.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development, to deliver effective HR programs and solutions.
  • Champion Casey's culture and CARES values while leading change management and employee engagement initiatives across the field.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while helping leaders navigate people matters.

Compensation: Starting pay range:‏‏‎ ‎$99,900 - $139,000.‏‏‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance and an annual equity grant in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or related role.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders to solve complex people and business challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management principles.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the physical ability to drive a vehicle for job related travel. 

Preferred:

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience supporting multi-site, field-based, retail, operations, or corporate business groups.
  • Experience leading organizational change and workforce planning initiatives.
