Admissions Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented USRN with a passion for ensuring patients receive the best care possible? As an Admissions Coordinator, this role will see you play a key role in connecting patients with the care they need, working closely with marketers and clinical teams from our US-based healthcare client.

• →Collaborate with hospital marketers to ensure patients are well taken care of
• →Coordinate with the clinical team to confirm that necessary medical services are in place before accepting patient referrals
• →Manage the referral process and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient documentation

• Strong clinical and documentation background
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sharp attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer information

• Must be USRN licensed in New York (NY)

You will need to have some essential tools – a reliable computer and noise-canceling headset, a second monitor for enhanced productivity, and a stable internet connection. You’ll also be required to have a backup internet connection, ensuring that you’re well-equipped to complete your work seamlessly.
