Teaching at St. Malachy's School is about more than what happens inside the classroom. It is about knowing your students, building strong relationships and creating a learning environment where every child feels safe, valued and challenged to grow. We are a school that values high-quality teaching, collaboration and professional growth, and we encourage our teachers to be curious, reflective and willing to keep learning. You will be part of a team that supports one another, shares ideas and takes collective responsibility for our students and our school. Grounded in our Mercy tradition, we strive to teach with purpose, lead with compassion and create a community where everyone has the opportunity to pursue fullness of life by inspiring faith, lifelong learning and community engagement.

  • Delivering evidence-informed teaching that meets the diverse learning needs of every student.
  • Contributing positively to our collaborative professional culture through teamwork, reflection, and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the holistic development of students through strong relationships with families and the wider school community.
