We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OCM Consultant to join our Transformation Management Team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in helping organizations manage change effectively. You will support change initiatives across various client projects, working closely with SAP consultants and cross-functional teams to enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of change management and communication strategies and activities in SAP projects (implementation, rollout, upgrade).

Assist in and lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.

Create and maintain project documentation, including communication plans, training materials, and change tracking reports.

Help develop and deliver communications, presentations, and learning materials.

Coordinate and conduct meetings, workshops, and training sessions with stakeholders and project team members.

Support the creation of metrics and reporting tools to monitor adoption and engagement.
→
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into overall project plans.

Contribute in the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and toolkits at cbs globally.

Requirements

2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, HR, communications, project management, or a similar role with OCM (organizational change management) or change management or organizational development ideally in a project environment.
Basic understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci), and tools.
Willingness to learn and grow within the OCM discipline.
Basic knowledge of SAP solutions or ERP software is a plus.
Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams or Mural
Familiarity with Agile or project-based work environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong to agility to react quickly to project demands and changes
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Willingness to travel as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
