Managing customer invoices:

Prepare and submit milestone relevant sales document such as acceptance certificates and approved timesheet

Prepare and submit invoice to customers

Follow up with customer on outstanding payments

Claims & Expenses
- →
Check and approve claims and travelling expenses.

Partner Assistance: You manage relationships with our vendors.

Registration and on-boarding of partners

cbs internal and external vendor registration

Preparing contracts such as MSA and SOW for partners
