Position: Protégé-Ready to Work (RTW) Program

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job responsibilities for Human Resource Protégé:

Support the planning and delivery of Employee Engagement (EE) and Learning & Development (L&D) activities, from preparation and coordination to session follow-up.
Assist in ensuring sessions and activities, whether virtual or in-person, run smoothly by helping with logistics, participant coordination, and overall flow.
Support assigned EE or L&D initiatives such as campaigns, learning sessions, recurring activities, or internal events, with guidance from the team.
Maintain organized trackers, attendance lists, and shared documentation to ensure visibility and continuity.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors, and participants to support smooth execution of activities.
Raise any issues, gaps, or logistical challenges early and support follow-up actions where needed.
