Distribution Centre & Process Engineer Supervisor

We are seeking a professional to lead our Fashion & Watches and Fine Jewelry operations in our Singapore Distribution Center. Partnering closely with Customer Service, Merchandising, Retail Operations stakeholders, you will provide unsurpassed service levels to delight our clients, and agility to meet the business requirements.

• Manage and lead an effective and cohesive team which can work towards the target, and to monitor the performance and productivity of the team in achieving our brand performance, financial health, leadership & people strength, sustainability and client engagement objectives.
• Create an inclusive and psychologically safe environment that encourages open communication, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Effectively plan and execute all resource requirements ensuring that the right people, processes and equipment are in place to meet service levels, and that productivity is maintained
• Be proactive in approach to trouble shooting, problem solving and decision making during the daily distribution center operations

• Ensure perfect service with best-in-class order fulfillment, reasonable inventory level and healthy stock turnover for both merchandise and non-merchandise in the warehouse
• Monitor and drive operational KPIs including productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, quality, safety and cost performance.
• Analyze operational trends and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Ensure inventory integrity through cycle count execution, stock reconciliation, investigation of variances and implementation of corrective actions.

• Proactively work and lead the team to identify improvement opportunities, effectively apply any changes to warehouse processes and design to achieve improvements in operational performance
• Support and lead supply chain projects related to warehouse digitalization, automation, process optimization and new business requirements.

• Promote the highest standards of inter and intra team communication, and to deliver operational and customer service excellence within own team and cross functionally
• Regularly report key operational updates to the Distribution Center Manager and suggest ways to improve operations

• Learning every day and developing your skills in term of operation management and people management
• Leading the transformation of the distribution center team, with a forward-looking mindset, improve the operational process in delivering the best service, agility, lead-time to the retail team and developing the skills of a team

• →University graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse Management or related discipline
• →Leadership, collaboration and people management skills
• →Project management & Digital adoption skills (Power BI preferred)
• →Spoken and written English. Chinese proficiency is a plus
