Watches & Fine Jewellery Advisor

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Watch and Fine Jewellery team to engage our clients by providing unsurpassed service. In this role, you will play an important part in building the Chanel dream and creating desire through passion and the art of storytelling.

As a member of the Chanel Watch and Fine Jewellery team, you will be responsible for embodying the creativity of the Brand, creating a unique and luxurious experience for every client through expert storytelling of the Chanel Difference – Heritage & Modernity, Product Craftsmanship, and unique Brand positioning. To achieve business objectives, you will be expected to create synergies with Fashion teams, share your knowledge and expertise, and strive for excellence at every occasion, especially in handling objections or conflicts and turning them into opportunities.

In this role, you will contribute to the brand image of Chanel as the ultimate House of luxury. Your core responsibilities include demonstrating your passion and knowledge of watches and fine jewellery, developing strong, lasting relationships with clients, and collaborating with the Fashion teams to achieve business objectives. This role is unique in its ability to blend expert storytelling with exceptional client service, ensuring every client interaction is memorable and impactful.
