It is the only GB site producing Appletiser in glass, offering a unique manufacturing environment. With around 220 colleagues, the site provides strong opportunities for career progression locally and across our GB and Europacific network. What to expect: You will coordinate and optimise maintenance planning across designated assets, ensuring reliability and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: * Scheduling and managing maintenance plans (asset care, CIL, overhaul and modular activity) * Aligning maintenance plans with equipment upgrades, performance outputs and continuous improvement priorities * Coordinating closely with Production and Distribution to optimise planned and unplanned downtime * Managing maintenance work orders and ensuring readiness of parts, tools and resources * Supporting execution of planned and corrective maintenance activities * Ensuring effective ramp-up of equipment post-maintenance * Prioritising tasks and supporting team leaders in allocating work * Conducting process confirmations to assure maintenance quality * Collaborating with spare parts teams to ensure availability ahead of planned work * Maintaining accurate data within SAP PM * Monitoring maintenance spend to meet budget targets What we expect from you Health, Safety and Compliance * Follow site safety standards and promote a zero-incident culture * Comply with hygiene standards required in a food manufacturing environment * Ensure contractor control and permit-to-work processes are followed Operational Excellence * Contribute to continuous improvement and share best practice * Use insights from breakdowns to improve maintenance planning * Support delivery of site performance targets Team and Site Contribution * Work flexibly across areas to support team objectives * Take ownership of work quality and identify improvements * Contribute to a positive, high-performing site culture We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 countries, who work together to make, move and sell some of the world’s most loved drinks.
