Role Summary The Retail Sales, Shop Attendant & Digital Consultant will support both in-store and online operations by driving sales, managing customer service, creating digital content, and growing brand presence across social media platforms. The role requires strong knowledge of the skincare industry and a hands-on approach to customer engagement and retail operations. Key Responsibilities Retail & Shop Attendant Duties • Welcome and assist customers in-store professionally • Provide product information, skincare guidance, and recommendations • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records • Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and stock arrangement • Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the shop Sales & Customer Engagement • Drive both in-store and online sales through customer interaction • Follow up on leads and inquiries to support conversions • Promote products, bundles, and offers across all channels Social Media Management • Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp • Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos • Support live sessions and audience engagement activities • Maintain consistent brand visibility and communication Content Development • Create educational skincare content and product awareness posts • Share testimonials, reviews, and before-and-after results • Promote product benefits, campaigns, and brand storytelling Digital Marketing Support • Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns • Monitor performance and support optimization efforts • Contribute to lead generation and online traffic growth Influencer & Partnerships • Support identification and coordination of micro-influencers • Assist in influencer content planning and execution • Track influencer campaign performance using links or codes Customer Relationship Management • Manage WhatsApp Business communications and customer database • Send updates, promotions, and broadcast messages • Support customer retention and repeat purchase initiatives Reporting & Accountability • Prepare weekly reports on sales, engagement, and performance • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement • Participate in monthly review meetings Requirements Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or digital marketing • Strong understanding of the skincare/beauty industry • Experience in shop attendant or retail store operations • Skilled in social media management and content creation • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, influencer marketing, and paid ads is an added advantage
