Junior Designer(Property Management and Hospitality)

Job Title Junior Designer Contract Type Short-Term (3–6 Month Contract) Role Overview The Junior Designer will support the design team in defining client requirements,preparing furniture drawings, and assisting with quality control. This is a short-term position offered on a 3–6 month contract basis, with potential for extension depending on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to study briefs and determine requirements. • Generate sample designs using CAD software and hand sketches where necessary. • Prepare detailed furniture production drawings using Archicad or SketchUp. • Apply appropriate colours, layouts, and specifications to match product descriptions. • Revise drawings based on client feedback. • Support the production team to ensure accurate implementation of designs. • Maintain product knowledge from the company catalogue and monitor emerging design trends. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Lead Designer or management.
