Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer

This role requires driving of growth of the company’s online presence, finding new customers and boost sales by working closely with the design, sales and operations teams Key Responsibilities Social Media: Run and grow the company’s social media pages (FB, IG, Tik Tok etc) and post regularly using a content calendar Content and Campaigns: Partner with the graphic designer to create ads, posts and marketing campaigns for product launches Leads and Customers: Reply to customers messages online and pass sales leads to the sales team Online Orders: Track and manage orders coming in from delivery apps and websites Tracking: Check views, likes and sales data each month to see what is working Requirements Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or a Similar Field Experience running social media and digital marketing campaigns Good at making content, talking to customers and using online ad tools Great communication skills and teamwork Bonus: Experience with delivery apps or e-commerce At least 2 year’s experience
