This opportunity is ideal for an LPN who is comfortable providing hands-on resident care, supporting clinical workflows, and working closely with nurses, providers, residents, and families in a structured care environment.
Requirements
~1 min read- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or recent graduate eligible to begin practice
- Experience in long-term care, rehab, or nursing home settings is helpful, but training may be available for the right candidate
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Provide routine nursing care based on resident needs and care plans
- → Obtain and document vital signs and observe changes in resident condition
- → Review medical records and support accurate charting
- → Assist physicians and registered nurses with resident care and clinical tasks
- → Administer medications, injections, and other ordered treatments
- → Support wound care and resident comfort measures
- → Perform basic diagnostic and specimen-related tasks as needed
- → Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the healthcare team
