The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the Client Operations Organization. This role serves as a bridge between Client Success and the broader Centivo organization, ensuring that market-facing needs and requirements are considered in both daily operations and larger projects that impact the market-facing team.

5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare organization
3 years' experience working with self funded plans in a TPA setting
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Green belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
Proven organization skills with attention to detail and follow-up
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Effective communication skills
Ability to work independently and on a team
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Comfort with ambiguity and working without well-established policies and practices
Advanced knowledge of project management tools (SmartSheets, MS Project, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)
Remote in Eastern or Central time zones
Access to Buffalo or NYC office if local
