HR Practitioner - Business Partner

• →Strategic Planning: Implements the Identified and defined immediate, short, and long-term objectives and plans associated with the provision of HRD support for business partnerships; Aligning the HR analytics strategy with the bank's overall corporate strategy
• → Policies, Procedures, Systems, and Control: Implements specific policies, procedures, systems, and controls to guide HRD operations and functions for the departments allocated
• →Service Delivery: Implementation of HRM - business partner strategy for departments to ensure that the bank is adequately supported to deliver on its mandate and Strategy
• → Stakeholder Management and Communication: Communicates HRM and business partner matters to all internal stakeholders in collaboration with the HR-COE
• →Administration: Executes human resources administrative processes, system utilization, and functionality for line departments
• →Risk and Audit Assurance: Implements risk and audit management processes for HRD business partner
• →Analysing: Collects, compiles and analyses HR data, and metrics for informed decision-making and reporting
• →Reporting: Reports on allocated line departmental human resources changes and functions. Assists with data for the development of business partner division reports.

• A bachelor’s degree in any human resources management fields
• A master’s degree in any of the above fields will be an added.
