- You are never alone: There is always a Nurse and a Home Health Aide working concurrently on every shift.
- Teamwork: You’ll have a partner to assist with transfers, ADLs, and ensuring the highest level of safety and fall prevention.
- Family Involvement: Her family is wonderful, highly involved, and supportive of the care team.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Tracheostomy Care: Frequent suctioning and scheduled trach changes.
- →Respiratory Support: Utilization of a cough assist machine.
- →ADLs & Safety: Assisting with basic daily living activities and maintaining strict fall prevention protocols.
- →Supervision: Providing consistent monitoring in a clean, pet-free home.
Requirements
~1 min read- Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift) 6:00PM-6:00AM (Night Shift)

- Credentials: Must hold a valid Michigan RN or LPN license.
