Are you a BCaBA who thrives in a structured, collaborative environment? At Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, we provide full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. Our mission is clear: deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, so every child has the best chance to thrive. As a BCaBA, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients and supervising Behavior Technicians, all while receiving the mentorship you need to continue your career journey.

Responsibilities

→Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
→Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
→Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
→Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
→Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
→Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
