URGENT NEED: Adult Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN

When she isn't enjoying her elephant collection, she loves listening to gospel music, staying active with her church community, and binge-watching action and comedy movies.

We believe our nurses do their best work when they feel supported. This case is a Double 24/7, meaning:

• You are never alone: There is always a Nurse and a Home Health Aide working concurrently on every shift.
• Teamwork: You’ll have a partner to assist with transfers, ADLs, and ensuring the highest level of safety and fall prevention.
• Family Involvement: Her family is wonderful, highly involved, and supportive of the care team.

• →Tracheostomy Care: Frequent suctioning and scheduled trach changes.
• →Respiratory Support: Utilization of a cough assist machine.
• →ADLs & Safety: Assisting with basic daily living activities and maintaining strict fall prevention protocols.
• →Supervision: Providing consistent monitoring in a clean, pet-free home.

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Flexibility: We offer flexible days to fit your lifestyle.
• Credentials: Must hold a valid Michigan RN or LPN license.
• Vibe Check: A positive attitude and a love for gospel music or a good action flick is a huge plus!
