URGENT: Private Duty Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN

Our client is an active, pleasant 46-year-old woman living with paraplegia resulting from a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). She is highly engaged in her own recovery and is looking for a nursing partner to assist with her care.

While the Aide manages general care, the Nurse is responsible for the following clinical interventions:

• →Bowel Program: Lead and facilitate the routine bowel care management program.
• →Mitrofanoff Catheter Care: Perform catheter management (intermittent or indwelling) ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday (M–F).
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM.
• Setting: Private residence in Grand Rapids, MI.
• Team Environment: You will work in tandem with a Home Health Aide who handles heavy lifting, bathing, and other ADLs.

• Hourly Pay Range:   $30 - $45/hr
• Weekly pay + optional daily pay
• Competitive pay based on experience

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
