We’re looking for a Branch Administrator to join our Karratha team and provide essential administrative and customer service support to the branch.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administration professional looking to build their career within the transport and logistics industry.

Working closely with the branch team, you’ll help keep day-to-day administration running smoothly while supporting customers, management and internal stakeholders. No two days will be the same, making this a varied role for someone who enjoys being hands-on and working as part of a busy team.

 

Responsibilities

  • →Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails and mail
  • →Provide professional and friendly customer service, responding to enquiries and assisting with resolving issues
  • →Provide general administrative support to management and the wider branch team
  • →Complete data entry, filing, document preparation and record keeping
  • →Assist with invoicing, payment tracking and accounts receivable activities
  • →Maintain accurate information across relevant systems and databases
  • →Prepare reports and assist with maintaining branch records
  • →Work collaboratively with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • →Assist with quality control and ensure administrative processes meet company and customer requirements

 

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. You’ll bring:

  • Previous administration or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving day-to-day issues
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the transport and logistics industry
