Pro Shop Associate

To provide high quality customer service to members and guests; perform assigned golf shop operational activities; and perform other duties as required.

This is a part-time seasonal position. Time period: October to end of May, based on business needs

• Golf knowledge (golf operations, golf equipment and merchandise).
• Experience with Tee Time Reservation System.
• Experience with POS and basic computer operations.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
• English speaking required.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License.

• →Establishes excellent member and guest relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service.
• →Golf Shop operations: checking in members and guests, tee time reservations, event registrations, merchandise sales and event promotions. May assist in special events and assists with other operations as needed.
• →Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts and other golf facilities.

• Must be willing to work various shifts (morning, mid-day or afternoon), weekends and holidays.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations and maintain composure.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
• Must be able to stand on feet majority of the day.
