Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1)

Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our City of Industry, CA facility. This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on mechanical experience. Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments. Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply. Schedule & Pay $23/hr or higher depending on experience + 2nd or 3rd shift premium 2nd shift: 2:00 PM -- 10:00 PM / $0.70/hr shift premium 3rd shift: 10:00 PM -- 6:00 AM; $1.50/hr shift premium Training on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Monday - Friday; overtime and Saturdays as needed Opportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential. What You'll Do Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment. Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers. Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency. Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures. Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred. Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately. Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 55 lbs. Comfortable working around high-speed production equipment, noise, and manufacturing materials.
