Responsibilities

→Operate and monitor injection molding machines
→Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework
→Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
→Stack and move finished goods safely
→Complete production paperwork and track scrap
→Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
→Communicate with team members and report any issues

High school diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
Ability to follow procedures and meet production goals

Requirements

Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, reaching, and handling of parts
Move materials with assistive equipment as needed
