D365 F&O WMS and Production Senior Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O WMS & Production Consultant to support our clients' warehouse management and production needs. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in the WMS and Production modules of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) and have a proven track record of implementing effective warehouse management and production solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve support cases and incidents related to Dynamics 365 F&O WMS and Production.

• Act as a primary consultant for support topics, taking ownership of cases from initial analysis through resolution.

• Investigate and analyze warehouse and production processes to identify root causes of reported issues.

• Provide functional support and troubleshooting within the WMS and Production modules.

• Perform regular support and maintenance activities, including configuration adjustments and minor functional improvements.

• Cooperate with technical teams and developers when required, ensuring proper coordination and communication.

• Deliver ongoing support, guidance, and knowledge transfer to client users regarding WMS and Production functionalities.

• Support customers during post‑update and post‑release periods, including validation and issue resolution.

• Ensure timely updates of case statuses, documentation, and resolution notes in the ticketing system.

• Follow agreed support procedures, SLAs, and escalation paths.

• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O updates, known issues, and best practices related to support.

Qualifications:

• Sound experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O WMS and Production Consultant.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
