Certex UK is a leading provider of lifting products, inspection, and training services across the UK. We are looking for an experienced and motivated NPORS Accredited Trainer to join our Harworth team and help us grow our training offering to new and existing customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver high-quality NPORS and lifting industry training, in line with NPORS, LEEA and Certex UK procedures
  • Plan, prepare, and conduct training courses both on-site at Certex Harworth and at customer premises
  • Ensure all training documentation, assessment records, and certification paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, promoting best practice at all times
  • Support the development of new courses and training materials as required
  • Represent Certex UK professionally with customers and delegates.
     

About You:

 

Current NPORS Accredited Instructor (essential), with experience in one or more of the following areas:

 

  • Cranes and lifting operations
  • Forklift trucks / telehandlers
  • MEWPs / access equipment
  • Slinger/Signaller / banksman
  • Other construction plant and machinery.
     

Additional Requirements:

 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and support delegates at all levels
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping and course administration
  • A strong commitment to health and safety and promoting safe working practices
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
