Position Summary:

Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. You'll play an important leadership role in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans while collaborating with clients, families, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful outcomes.

You'll provide clinical guidance and coaching to RBTs using Behavior Skills Training, assist with behavior intervention planning, monitor client progress, and partner with caregivers and other providers to promote consistent treatment across home, school, community, and clinic settings. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, communication, collaboration, clinical judgment, and a passion for developing others while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.


This is a full-time, hybrid position. In person work is required for this role.


Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks: 

  • Serve as a clinical leader by modeling professionalism, collaboration, and CFCI's leadership expectations
  • Apply the seven dimensions of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) throughout assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery
  • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive, individualized treatment plans with socially meaningful goals across all learning domains
  • Recommend appropriate treatment intensity and duration in accordance with industry standards and clinical best practices
  • Adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code and all applicable regulatory requirements
  • Deliver services using the tiered service delivery model and other evidence-based clinical practices.
  • Utilize company systems and technology to ensure consistent documentation, communication, and clinical service delivery
  • Review and audit RBT session documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Conduct curriculum-based, norm-referenced, and other clinical assessments to inform treatment recommendations
  • Provide individualized parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization and treatment success.
  • Train, coach, and mentor RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST) and CFCI's clinical training model
  • Provide direct supervision and in-person training to ensure RBT competency and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain proficiency in the organization's behavior management and clinical documentation systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, families, schools, and other interdisciplinary providers to coordinate high-quality client care
  • Serve as a primary clinical resource for assigned RBTs, providing guidance, problem-solving, and support for day-to-day client care


Position Requirements: 

  • Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision training
  • Ability to maintain BCaBA certification and required continuing education
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain as required)
  • Successful completion of required background screenings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and professionalism
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations. This is an in-person position
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, kneeling, squatting, actively moving during sessions and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods



Compensation
Initial 90 Days: Salary is offered for 90 days based on $52,000- $71,994 annually while you build your caseload
After 90 Days (Salary): Maintain a minimum average of 30 billable hours per week to remain eligible for salaried compensation
After 90 Days (Hourly): If billing falls below 30 hours per week, compensation transitions to $33-$46 per clinical billable hour
These rates are determined based on BCaBA experience.
