We are currently seeking a career-minded, motivated, and outgoing Ag Territory Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Regina Area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, thrives in a field-based sales environment, and has an interest in agriculture and supporting local business communities.

What You Will Be Doing
Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Greater Regina area
Meet with farmers and small business owners to understand their needs
Present CFIB solutions that provide value, savings, and support
Develop new business through prospecting and referrals
Build long-term relationships with members
Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development
Who Succeeds in This Role
Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Coachable mindset with interest in long-term career growth
Comfortable working in a field-based role
Some agricultural or farming knowledge/experience is considered a strong asset
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
