We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our Prince George team.

What You Will Be Doing?
Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Prince George area
Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs
Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
Build long term relationships with members
Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development
Who Succeeds in this Role?
1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth
Comfortable working in a field-based role
Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
What Will You Receive?
You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $120,000+.
