• Own inbound material flow, receiving accuracy, and warehouse intake processes.
• Ensure all material is received correctly, inspected, documented, and system-accurate.
• Serve as the control point for supplier delivery quality and traceability.

  • →Receive and process incoming shipments in ERP/WMS systems.
  • →Perform 3-way match (PO, packing slip, physical receipt).
  • →Execute receiving transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• →Inspection & Traceability
• →
  • →Perform receiving inspection for quantity, condition, and documentation.
  • →Ensure proper capture of:
    • →Certifications
    • →Packing slips
    • →Traceability (lot/serial where required)
  • →Identify and escalate nonconforming material.
• →Scanning & Documentation
• →
  • →Utilize barcode scanners and systems for material intake and tracking.
  • →Maintain complete and accurate digital records of all receipts.
• →Warehouse Management & Visual Controls
• →
  • →Manage inbound staging, putaway, and warehouse organization.
  • →Maintain visual warehouse systems (clear locations, labeling, flow paths).
  • →Ensure efficient dock-to-stock material flow.
• →Metrics & Performance
• →
  • →Track and improve:
    • →Receiving accuracy (%)
    • →Dock-to-stock cycle time
    • →Discrepancy rate
  • →Drive continuous improvement in receiving processes.
• →Cross-Functional Coordination
• →
  • →Coordinate with procurement, quality, and production teams.
  • →Resolve supplier and internal discrepancies quickly.

• 3+ years in receiving, warehouse, or material control.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and barcode scanning systems.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.

• Experience in regulated or traceability-driven environments.
• Familiarity with ITAR/FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Experience with inspection processes and quality systems.
