Nurse (RN/LPN)

Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing
Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to deliver high‑quality care in our Skilled Nursing community, with predictable scheduling, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

• →Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting
• →Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
• →Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• →Observe residents for changes in condition and report updates to the care team
• →Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
• →Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Indiana or a multi‑state license
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated commitment to resident‑centered care
