How You'll Make an Impact

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll support the clinical leadership at our skilled nursing facility, including:

• Support the clinical leadership at our skilled nursing facility
• Coordinate nursing services and oversee care plans
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Assist with staff supervision, training, and scheduling
• Participate in audits, maintain accurate documentation, and support quality improvement initiatives
• Bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality resident care
• Manage and mentor a team effectively in this hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility and professionalism

What You'll Need

• Nursing degree or completion of a nursing program (required)
• Active RN license in the state of Indiana (required)
• Effective leadership and computer skills (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in LTC (required)
