Own product discovery, strategy, and delivery for a core product area at Chef

Understand our customers’ needs to define and deliver new features and product offerings

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to translate customer needs into a product roadmap that meets core business objectives

Collaborate closely with engineering to develop solutions for our customers

Monitor and track key product metrics to inform future developments

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a technical customer-facing role, preferably working in robotics or products with substantial hardware/software components

Proven ability to ship new products and features to customers

Exceptional communication skills and an ability to coordinate across all levels of the company

Technical fluency to work effectively with a range of engineering teams

Experience with enterprise B2B customers or manufacturing preferred
