Lead Growth Marketing Strategist

Chevron Federal Credit Union (CFCU) is seeking a Lead Growth Marketing Strategist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital and lifecycle marketing programs that drive member acquisition, engagement, and product adoption. This role is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end member journeys, including onboarding, cross-sell, and retention, while directly executing campaigns within marketing automation platforms. The position will leverage data, technology, and experimentation to improve conversion rates and deliver measurable business outcomes. This position plays a critical role in advancing Marketing as a data-driven growth engine, with accountability for both strategic direction and hands-on execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives.
