Job Description:

Translate business objectives from staffinc's business entities into actionable marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, brand activations) with measurable ROI.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance (HQL, CMP, brand recall/awareness)
Provide strategic guidance to junior strategists and coordinate cross-department marketing projects.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of marketing strategist experience in a marketing agency or equivalent
Great command of implementing marketing in digital ecosystems, from organic to paid platforms
Experience in B2B and commercial B2B is a plus
Strong analytical background with a creative mindset
