Our clinic is conveniently located at 17200 State Hwy 249, Suite 150, Houston, TX 77064, with easy access to Hwy 249, I-45, I-10, the Sam Houston Tollway, Hwy 290, and the Grand Parkway (99).

  • $35–$42/hour (based on experience)
  • Guaranteed hours and benefits
  • Minimum 20 hours/week for benefits eligibility
  • $60–$76/hour (paid per patient visit)

Choose a schedule that works for you:

  • Traditional 5-day / 8-hour schedule
  • Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday
  • Four 10-hour days

We are seeking an SLP with several years of pediatric experience who is excited about serving as a clinical leader, mentor, and supervisor while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.

  • Supervise and mentor graduate student clinicians during clinical placements
  • Provide guidance and support to Clinical Fellows as they transition into independent practice
  • Collaborate with and supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Share clinical expertise and best practices with a multidisciplinary team
  • Help shape the future of pediatric speech-language pathology through teaching and mentorship

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and treatment
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Mentor and supervise graduate students, Clinical Fellows, and SLPAs
  • Support clinical excellence and professional growth within the organization
  • Help children develop communication skills that positively impact their lives

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Texas SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Several years of pediatric speech-language pathology experience preferred
  • Experience supervising or mentoring students, Clinical Fellows, and/or SLPAs preferred
  • Passion for clinical teaching, leadership, and developing future clinicians
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional care to children and families
