CCC-SLP or CF-SLP.   MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist or Speech Language Pathologist Intern (see requirements below)

Location:  13201 Northwest Freeway, Suite 100, Houston, TX-77040

Hours/Schedule: Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day/8 hours; can do 4–9-hour days & a one-half-day Friday OR 4–10-hour days)

Compensation Options - Contract, Part-time or Fulltime positions - We offer multiple ways to join based on your preferences and career goals:

W-2 / Hourly Positions:

  • SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
  • Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

  • SLP: $50–$76/hour
    (Based on experience and bilingual status)

1099/Contractor (Optional):

  • SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Cole Pediatric Therapy you will:

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:

  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships or as a CF)
  • Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
  • Passion for changing the lives of others
