Compensation Options - Contract, Part-time or Fulltime positions - We offer multiple ways to join based on your preferences and career goals:

• SLPA: $46,000–$52,000 annually
• SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
• Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually

• SLPA: $30–$44/hour
• SLP: $50–$76/hour
  (Based on experience and bilingual status)

• SLPA: $17/session or $34/hour
• SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation

• Traditional 5x8s
• 4x9s + half-day Friday
• 4x10s

• →Partner with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s communication goals
• →Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, engaging treatment plans
• →Deliver therapy that blends clinical expertise with creativity and play
• →Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
• Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY)
• Passion for helping children and families thrive
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
