• Prior studies and/or experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Infection Control certificate
• Radiation Safety certificate
• Full time availability including 2 Saturdays
  

Children's Dental FunZone is dedicated to serving children, toddlers, and teens' unique needs. We offer comprehensive services including preventive Pediatric Dental Care and Orthodontics. Our teams of dental professionals are changing the face of pediatric dental care through our dedication to oral health and compassionate care for our patients and their guardians. Our practices are based on a patient-centric approach achieved through significant teamwork, flexibility, and commitment.

• Full-time. Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Sat 8:00 am- 2:00 pm
• Hourly + Benefits+ Monthly Bonuses
• Pay rate $20.00- $23.00

• Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Taking and developing dental radiographs (x-rays).
• Asking about the patient's medical history and taking blood pressure and pulse.
• Providing patients with Pre/Post OP instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures, such as the placement of a restoration (filling).
• Teaching patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health;(e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling).
• Taking impressions of patient's teeth for study casts (models of teeth).
• Taking needed pre-op/post-op x-rays for necessary insurance. Ex: XB, Space maintainer, etc.
• Chart/enter a treatment into Dentrix Ascend software.
• Must be able to work Saturdays
