Certified Peer Specialist - Warmline

Peer Specialists provide direct non-crisis supportive services to consumers living in agency residential programs, supported living programs, contacting the Warmline, or participating in the clubhouse programs. Peer Specialists working in Crisis Intervention and Crisis Residential provide crisis-supportive services to consumers. Services vary by program and include life-skills teaching and assistance; promotion of social and recreational activities through assisting consumers in utilizing natural and community support; aiding consumers in building peer support networks, assisting consumers in developing empowerment skills through self-advocacy; assistance with development and implementation of WRAP.
