Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator.

Responsibilities

→Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces
→Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
→Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies
→Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfaces
→Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed
→Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events
→Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required)
→Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
→Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
→Follow all safety policies and contract requirements
