Responsibilities

→Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for newly admitted clients
→Provide outpatient therapy for individuals with substance use disorders
→Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans and recovery goals
→Provide individual and group therapy based on clinical needs
→Deliver crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services as necessary
→Apply evidence-based practices to support clients with mental health conditions and related challenges
→Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)
→Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and client support systems
→Maintain compliance with licensure requirements and ongoing training standards

Education: Master’s degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychology)
Licensure: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (preferred)
MUST HAVE:
- Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions
- Experience working in substance use treatment settings, with an understanding of addiction, recovery principles, and evidence-based interventions.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Clearances:
- Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 Clearances
- FBI Fingerprinting Clearance
- Verification of no exclusions from Medicaid/Medicare
