Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your work directly shapes recovery outcomes for the people who need it most? As our Personal Care Administrator, you'll run the day-to-day operations of a community residential rehabilitation program — supervising a dedicated team, guiding clients toward recovery, and making sure every service delivered meets the highest standards of care.

This is more than a management job. It's a chance to build a program you're proud of, mentor staff who look to you for direction, and be the steady hand that keeps care moving forward — even in the toughest moments.
