  • Design, document, and support approved workflows and automations using native platform capabilities or cost-effective tools.
  • Assist with user provisioning, license management, access changes, and platform lifecycle administration.
  • Evaluate requests for new productivity or collaboration tools in partnership with IT leadership, helping reduce tool overlap and improve adoption of existing solutions.

  • Provide both remote and on-site support to multiple campuses and events as needed.
  • Participate in department rhythms, team meetings, project meetings, occasional after-hours events, and other duties as assigned.
  • Serving in events that occasionally occur outside typical business hours (nights and weekends).
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Experience supporting or administering Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Groups, and user access).
  • Familiarity with Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar productivity platforms.
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration, license management, and user provisioning.

  • Experience creating documentation, training materials, and user guides for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting staff training, software adoption, or technology enablement preferred.
  • Ability to identify workflow improvements and recommend practical technology solutions.
