• →Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service.
• →Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option.
• →Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more.
• →Maintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date.
• →Keep the workshop clean, organized, and operating safely.
• →Follow all Christy Sports safety standards and procedures in the repair shop.
• →Monitor inventory and stay on top of industry trends and technology.
• →Support teammates and pitch in with other duties as needed.

• Strong ski or snowboard background and a love for the sport.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable with POS systems (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Eagerness to learn – we’re happy to train the right candidate who is excited about learning the trade!

$18-$21/hour + Commission. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
