ChurchDesk is a fast-growing SaaS company helping churches work smarter through intuitive digital tools. As part of an ambitious, international team, we combine a collaborative and supportive culture with a strong drive to make a meaningful impact every single day.
We are on a strong growth path, expanding both organically and through acquisitions, where thoughtful integration of new companies into our ecosystem has become a key driver of long-term success. This role sits at the heart of that journey. You’ll work closely with leadership during a pivotal phase of growth, shaping how newly acquired teams, products, and processes come together to form one cohesive organization. It’s a unique opportunity to be part of high-impact initiatives that directly influence how we scale, collaborate, and evolve as a company.
You will act as our integration "Swiss Army Knife," taking full ownership of both high-level initiatives and granular, day-to-day execution. Working closely with the PMI Manager and senior management in both ChurchDesk and the acquisition target, you will drive key projects ranging from cultural change management to complex data migrations.
Drive End-to-End Integration: Take charge of core integration workstreams, ensuring seamless transitions with a strong focus on people management, team alignment, and cultural change.
Own Data & Systems Execution: Roll up your sleeves and get into the operational weeds. You are responsible for the hands-on execution of cleaning and migrating data across CRM/CSM systems, standardizing datasets, and bridging technical gaps.
Manage Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead process coordination across departments. You will anticipate bottlenecks, proactively solve ad-hoc challenges, and firmly hold cross-functional teams accountable for their deliverables.
Deliver Executive Insights: Build and present concise, impactful dashboards and strategic updates directly to the CEO and integration steering committees.
Build the PMI Playbook: Take the lead on documenting our processes and capturing real-time "lessons learned" to actively design and refine our scalable PMI playbook.

Technical Chops: Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, modeling) and PowerPoint (building clear, executive-ready presentations). Experience with Hubspot is a strong plus.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German. Additional language skills are a bonus. You know how to tailor your message to different audiences, from frontline employees to C-Level.
What We Offer
~1 min readAt ChurchDesk, we believe that the church plays an important role in society. Our platform is used by thousands of congregations to organise their work, improve communication with members, reach more people, and unlock new ways of fundraising.
Our customers are part of one of the largest and oldest institutions in the world: the Church. It is undergoing significant change to prepare for the future — and we are here to support that transformation. For churches across Europe, it is crucial to work more efficiently and stay connected to their members and communities.
ChurchDesk has been around for more than 15 years — evolving from a startup into an international company serving customers across Europe. And we’re just getting started!
We actively live our values in our daily work:
#challenge: We challenge ourselves — and our customers — to continuously improve. We work like a professional sports team: with ambition, discipline, and strong team spirit.
#dogoodbusiness: Doing good business is a marathon, not a sprint. It requires endurance, quality, and integrity — every single day.
#jointheride: The journey matters just as much as the destination. Be part of it, celebrate successes — and have fun! We value being together, especially in the office.
