Responsibilities

  • →Define short-, medium-, and long-term brand strategy, tailored to the realities of each country.
  • →Lead the annual Brand Plan by country, including priorities, investments, KPIs, and the growth roadmap.
  • →Ensure the global strategy is appropriately translated into each market.
  • →Manage the regional P&L, including net sales, margin, contribution, A&P, and return on investment.
  • →Lead the NRM and pricing agenda, including pack-price architecture, elasticities, margins, and portfolio mix.
  • →Partner with Finance and Sales to close performance gaps and maximize profitability.
  • →Coordinate with distributors on forecasting, pricing corridors, channel portfolio, promotions, and execution governance.
  • →Assess and optimize the quality of local plans.
  • →Strengthen execution capabilities and regional consistency across assigned brands.
  • →Lead the full innovation pipeline, including concepts, claims, packaging, business cases, and launch plans.
  • →Ensure regulatory compliance, local adaptation, and OTIF execution.
  • →Analyze post-launch performance and define corrective actions.·       Analyze NIQ/Kantar data to understand market share, penetration, pricing, elasticities, and competition.
  • →Monitor distributor KPIs, including sell-out, ACV/TDP, pricing, and promotional ROI.
  • →Identify opportunities and threats by country.
  • →Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, R&D, and global teams.Lead regional business reviews and present strategies to directors and senior stakeholders.

  • BA/BS Communications, or Industrial Engineering required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Native spanish and advances English. Portuguese is a plus
  • 5–8+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG brand roles; regional or multi-country experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with P&L management, pricing, NRM, and financial analysis.
  • Strong command of 360° campaigns, innovation, and agency management.
  • Advanced proficiency in NIQ/Kantar and commercial analysis.
  • Experience working in distributor-operated markets.
