At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions utilizing Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) along with emerging technologies like Data Cloud and Agentforce. You will work within Agile delivery squads, support client engagements, and help shape business outcomes through impactful CRM and platform automation.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for Salesforce Developers who thrive in consulting and client-facing delivery environments. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
Build automation using Flows and declarative tools, API Integrations, and Mulesoft.
Participate in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset).
Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards.
Enhance Sales Cloud functionalities, including Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote flows.
Support Service Cloud features, focusing on Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing.
Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies including Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
Experience with automation tools and API integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security standards.
Advanced English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements.
